Material Grades

Free Cutting Brass (CZ121, CW614N, CDA 360, IS 319), Low-Lead Brass, Lead-Free Brass for drinking water safety compliance (RoHS & REACH certified).

Insert Types Available

IS 319, IS 229, BS 2874 (CZ121/CZ122), EN 12164 (CW614N/CW617N), ASTM B16 / B124, and customized JIS / DIN specifications. Designed for secure molding into UPVC, CPVC, and PPR piping networks.

Threading Configurations 

Standard rectangular interlocking bricks weighing approximately 4kg to 7kg each (engineered for stable pallet stacking and easy furnace loading).

Knurling Patterns 

Strict operational limits on Iron (Fe), Aluminum (Al), and Tin (Sn) percentages to avoid brittle boundaries or casting inclusions.

Tolerances 

Maintained strictly within 0.01 mm to 0.05 mm to avoid plastic flash or bleed during molding.

Surface Treatment

Natural Brass, Nickel Plating, or Tin Plating (for enhanced corrosion barrier or electrical soldering compatibility).
